Groups currently available are listed below.
All participants must first pre-register by making an in-person appointment with the Director of Operations at TEAM WORKZ headquarters. All classes are kept to a maximum enrollment of ten participants and are an hour long over multiple days. To schedule a pre-registration appointment, please call 910.315.0262. If you cannot travel to TEAM WORKZ headquarters, transportation may be available on a limited basis.

- Equip participants with tools to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges
- Effective anger management
- Provide a clear understanding of what stress is and how it affects the body and mind
- Discuss the common sources of stress including uncertainty, lack of control, and daily survival challenges
- Help participants recognize and articulate their specific stressors and symptoms through the creation of a Wellness Recovery Action Plan

- Provide education on substance use and its effects
- Develop personalized relapse prevention strategie

- Prepare participants for job searches and employment
- Offer resume writing, interview preparation, and job application assistance

- Provide information on housing options and assistance programs
- Assist with housing applications and navigating housing systems
- Preparing a sustainable budget and creating financial wellness
