Chapel in the Pines
Chapel in the Pines (7lakeschapel.com) donated $1,000 to TEAM WORKZ this past July. They have been serving the community since 1976 through numerous outreach and benevolence ministries, and we at TEAM WORKZ are truly appreciative of their support. Chapel in the Pines (7lakeschapel.com) donated $1,000 to TEAM WORKZ this past July. They have been serving the community since 1976 through numerous outreach and benevolence ministries, and we at TEAM WORKZ are truly appreciative of their support. Anonymous couple match NCCF grant
A big thank you to the couple who visited TEAM WORKZ recently and talked with Director Cliff Brown about the grant we were awarded this past summer from the North Carolina Community Foundation. (See home page for original story.) The couple, who wished to remain anonymous, asked about what the grant money was to be used for, and Cliff mentioned that it had already been spent on temporary housing for those in need. (As of the end of August 2025, we have spent $28,000 on sheltering costs.) The couple then, and without hesitation, wrote TEAM WORKZ a check for $5,000 to match the grant we received. Generosity such as theirs is so appreciated!

TEAM WORKZ Receives Donation from First Bank
TEAM WORKZ is honored to be the recipient of a $1,000 grant from First Bank as part of their effort to help non-profits. This is our first time receiving a grant from First Bank, and we look forward to using it to help support our mission. TEAM WORKZ conducts all of our banking business with First Bank because they support organizations locally, they give back to the community, and because of their kind and dedicated staff. Thank you First Bank and to all those who were involved in helping us secure the loan.
