Cliff W. Brown
President/Founder
Executive Director Cliff is a native of Robbins, NC and worked for the NC Department of Correction from 1983-2013. As a sergeant he supervised a staff of correctional officers and oversaw the running of a unit consisting of 75-125 inmates. As an instructor, he oversaw the training and recertification of officers and admin staff. He was certified in firearms safety, self-defense, use of restraints, report writing, hostage survival, radio usage, etc. Many of his officers and some inmates were Veterans or military-related. He has also served as 2nd Vice President, 1st Vice President, and State President of the State Employees Association of NC (SEANC). In his capacity as State Officer of SEANC, he lobbied for state employee and retiree issues with government officials and was involved in all aspects of a multi-million dollar organization representing state employees, retirees, and their benefits. He is currently District 20 Chairman and Piedmont Regional Representative on the SEANC Executive Committee. In 2023 he was also appointed to a 3-year term to the Planning Board for Pinebluff. In 2019 he founded TEAM WORKZ and serves as its President/Executive Director.

Lynn Allopenna
Treasurer/Secretary
Lynn worked in publishing and academia until her retirement in 2020. She started her career as an administrator at Crown Publishing as well as at Bank Street College of Education in Manhattan. After leaving the workforce to raise a family, she returned to publishing as an executive editor at the Times Beacon Record Newspapers group on Long Island. She then moved back to academia where she worked for fifteen years as an Assistant to the Chair in the Materials Science Department, an Assistant Dean for Postdoctoral Affairs, and lastly as the Administrative Director for the Institute for Advanced Computational Science at Stony Brook University, NY. She moved to NC in 2020.

John Campbell
John A. Campbell III received his Master’s of Divinity in 2014. He is currently a Case Manager at Daymark Recovery Services Inc. serving mostly the homeless and clients who are dealing with severe mental health challenges. He has had extensive training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid, non-violent crisis intervention, medication administration, ethical dilemmas, clients’ rights, blood-borne pathogens, cultural competency, documentation compliance, symptom monitoring and self-management, mindset/prevention of aggressive behavior, crisis response training, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. His work includes collaborating with other stakeholders/agencies to assist clients who are homeless with getting needed services, survival essentials, and shelter.

Bruno Decaudin
Bruno Y. Decaudin, a native of France, graduated with a Master in Management with majors in finance and business quantitative analysis. He initially came to the US to work at IBM in White Plains, NY. He then moved on to work as a computer consultant for utility companies in New York City, designing and implementing major IT projects. In the early 2000s, Bruno worked as a software developer and IT manager where his team developed systems such as a Student Loans Consolidation software and a Content Management System. Later he worked at several publishing companies in NYC and NJ as Director of IT and as Chief Technology Officer. His last stint led him to a small engineering firm specialized in Real-Time Energy Management where he worked as the Director of IT and Software Development. The software that he helped develop and manage is currently the object of a pending patent application.
Bruno is also a board member of the Moore County Wildlife and Conservation Club and a member of the Planning and Zoning Board for the village of Whispering Pines. On the personal side, he has been married for 39 years and has two adult children - one serving as an officer at Fort Bragg and the other in the IT field in NYC. Three beautiful grandchildren led him to relocate with his wife to NC in 2021. |
William Fisher
Chaplain, Lieutenant Colonel William G. Linn Fisher received his Master’s of Divinity in 1997. He has since served as a chaplain at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, as a pastor in the Lutheran Church in Cameroon, and as a mission/church developer at Amazing Lutheran Grace Church in Waxhaw, NC before moving north to New Jersey and serving as a pastor/Redeveloper for Abiding Peace Lutheran Church. Chaplain Fisher joined the US Air Force in 2002 and has served 22 years as a chaplain with active duty stints at Shaw AFB in SC, Eielson AFB in Alaska, and Pope Army Airfield in NC. He is currently assigned to Edwards AFB in California. During his tenure in the Air Force he received the AF Meritorious Service Medal, the AF Commendation Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, and a Medal for Operation Enduring Freedom. He has traveled to over 55 countries worldwide, including being deployed to combat zones throughout the Middle East. He provides extensive counseling to troops, couples, and families, is a chaplain to those serving on the flight-line and in the hospital, and leads Suicide Intervention Training Workshops. He currently serves as a Clinical Psychotherapist, providing counseling and support for people dealing with crisis, trauma, grief, and mental illness. He is married and has a seven-year-old son.
