Tonya Combs
Lead Counselor
Tonya Combs, MSW, LCSW, LCAS, is a psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction and co-occurring disorders. She holds a Masters of Social Work degree from NC State University and is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. Throughout her career she has worked in behavioral health hospitals where she facilitated group therapy in partial hospitalizations and intensive outpatient programs. She has also played pivotal roles in directing substance abuse intensive outpatient groups and speciality groups within community mental health settings. She currently serves as a psychotherapist offering tailored therapy to individuals. Her approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and evidence-based practices, aiming to empower her clients on their journey to healing and recovery.

Brianna Seawell
Counselor
Brianna Seawell has a Masters of Social Work and is a licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. She has dedicated her career to helping others at Daymark Recovery Services while serving per diem at Central Carolina Hospital. She spent 1.5 years as an Intensive In-Home Therapist supporting children, adolescents, and families. Recently she has transitioned to an Outpatient Clinician role, working with a diverse client base. Her passion for working with various populations and commitment to fostering positive change highlights her dedication to the community. Brianna's experience and compassion continue to drive her mission to support and empower individuals in their journey to mental and emotional well-being.

Sam Parker
Counselor
Sam Parker was born and raised in Northeastern North Carolina. He graduated with a BA in political science from NC Central University and was then commissioned into the US Air Force, serving from 1976-1983. He graduated from NC A&T State University with a Master’s in Guidance and Counseling in 1983 and continued to serve in the Air Force Reserves until 1996. He retired as a Major. After leaving active service in the Air Force, he was employed as a program director for Lutheran Family Services; a program manager for the Children’s Home; a vocational rehabilitation counselor for the US Dept. of Veterans Affairs; a counselor and social worker in Falcon Children’s Homes; a guidance counselor in Harnett County Schools; a case manager for Family Promise of Lee County; and a client support specialist for Raleigh Rescue Mission. He has served on the Board of Directors of Outreach Mission from 2019-present and is an Associate Pastor, being ordained by the AME Zion Church. He is a licensed clinical mental health counselor, working primarily with children and youth in the mental health field.

Stephanie Leonards
Counselor
Stephanie Leonards is a Certified Peer Support Specialist, as well as a Certified Wellness Recovery Action Plan Facilitator. She is also trained in Financial Stability planning, and Suicide Prevention. She serves as the Director of Operations for TEAM WORKZ. Stephanie worked in the Louisiana Mental Health system for 10 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.

John Campbell
Counselor
John A. Campbell III received his Master’s of Divinity in 2014. He is currently a Case Manager at Daymark Recovery Services Inc. serving mostly the homeless and clients who are dealing with severe mental health challenges. He has had extensive training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid, non-violent crisis intervention, medication administration, ethical dilemmas, clients’ rights, blood-borne pathogens, cultural competency, documentation compliance, symptom monitoring and self-management, mindset/prevention of aggressive behavior, crisis response training, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. His work includes collaborating with other stakeholders/agencies to assist clients who are homeless with getting needed services, survival essentials, and shelter.

William Fisher
Counselor
Chaplain, Lieutenant Colonel William G. Linn Fisher received his Master’s of Divinity in 1997. He has since served as a chaplain at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, as a pastor in the Lutheran Church in Cameroon, and as a mission/church developer at Amazing Lutheran Grace Church in Waxhaw, NC before moving north to New Jersey and serving as a pastor/Redeveloper for Abiding Peace Lutheran Church. Chaplain Fisher joined the US Air Force in 2002 and has served 22 years as a chaplain with active duty stints at Shaw AFB in SC, Eielson AFB in Alaska, and Pope Army Airfield in NC. He is currently assigned to Edwards AFB in California. During his tenure in the Air Force he received the AF Meritorious Service Medal, the AF Commendation Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, and a Medal for Operation Enduring Freedom. He has traveled to over 55 countries worldwide, including being deployed to combat zones throughout the Middle East. He provides extensive counseling to troops, couples, and families, is a chaplain to those serving on the flight-line and in the hospital, and leads Suicide Intervention Training Workshops. He currently serves as a Clinical Psychotherapist, providing counseling and support for people dealing with crisis, trauma, grief, and mental illness.
